The company is located in the Honggutan New Economic Development Zone of Nanchang, the heroic "Red City", at the west gateway of Nanchang – the main area for the city's "Westward Development" strategy. It borders the provincial and municipal administrative centers to the east, Honggutan District to the south, the foothills of Meiling Mountain to the west, and the Xinjian urban area to the north. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Nanchang Changbei International Airport, 15 minutes to Nanchang West High-Speed Railway Station, and 5 minutes to access the Nanchang Ring Expressway. Within 30 minutes, one can reach Longtougang Wharf – the largest comprehensive inland port in the province, connecting to the Zhejiang-Jiangxi-Guangdong Canal. This forms an integrated three-dimensional transportation network combining air, rail, highway and waterway.

Founded on March 1, 2014, the company is a subsidiary of Quanzhou Shuangta Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. As a professional Chinese manufacturer of automotive engine ultra-deep drawn parts, tube assemblies and body components, we have specialized in ultra-deep drawing for more than 40 years and supplied products to many domestic and international OEMs. At present, the company is equipped with over 200 sets of equipment, including hydraulic machines ranging from 100T to 310T in various specifications, as well as mold processing and mechanical processing equipment. We have established production capacity and a management system covering mold design and development to mass production of products. Nanchang Shuangta went into production in 2017. Its main products for Jiangling Motors include N822 crossbeam brackets, PT505 flat cargo boxes, L536 seat brackets, V363 side wall extension brackets, V362 dust cover brackets, etc.

Coating Workshop

Coating Workshop: Located at Nanchang Shuangta, the workshop is equipped with 3 production lines and 1 sewage treatment station.

It treats four types of wastewater: phosphating wastewater, pickling wastewater, electrophoresis wastewater and degreasing wastewater. The daily treatment capacity reaches 100 tons, with 25 tons for each type of wastewater.
